Catherine Marie Dufour, age 90, of Joppa, MD, died on July 14, 2010 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Sheridan, PA, she was one of five children of the late Ralph and Ellen Marie Schrack Burkholder, and wife of the late Phillip W. Dufour. A homemaker and avid gardener, she had worked for 32 years at Bata Shoe Company.
Mrs. Dufour is survived by her sons, George Phillip Bearch of Joppa, MD and Donald Dufour and wife, Peggy Anne, of Edgewood, MD; daughters, Peggy Kemmerzell of Joppa, MD, Mae Noye of Bel Air, MD, Ginny Dimola of Glen Burnie, MD, and Patsy Adkins of Abingdon, MD; and grandchild, R. Colby Bearch of Street, MD. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her daughter, Vivian Beers.
